Directions

Use shampoo 2 times a week and lotion 3 times a week on alternate days. Apply shampoo to wet scalp, massage and leave on for a few minutes. After shampooing, distribute 5 droppers of lotion evenly over the scalp. Massage gently and do not rinse.

When you are not using shampoo you can apply the lotion to dry skin.
