In 1977, from the will and collaboration of founding partners Romeo Casadio and Viviana Giovannini, Vivipharma was born in the dermocosmetics and trichological field.

The first patents
International Industrial Patent No.MI2006A 001265 melatonin-based hair treatments whose efficacy in male and female androgenetic alopecia is clinically proven.
1995
Growth
The company moves to San Marino. Expansion of company size (2,000 sq. m.). Purchase of machinery for the production of face-body cosmetics and equipment for the Laboratory particularly aimed at Quality Control. Induction of new professionals (pharmacists, cosmetologists, laboratory technicians). Start of collaboration also with the University of Ferrara for the execution of routine Challenge Test to ensure the adequate preservative system, the Patch Test of hypoallergenicity for dermocompatibility. New parameters in line with market needs ensure products Sls-Sles Free, Paraben Free, Nickel Test to ensure absence (<0.001 ppm). Development of dermocosmetic lines made with the use of new biotechnological ingredients with cosmeceutical activity, noble and precious active ingredients (Gold, Silver, Platinum, Ruby, Diamond, Emerald, Topaz, biophytoextracts of rare plants, all-natural olfactory fragrances) for exclusive products.
2003
Innovation
International Industrial Patent No. MI2003A001184 for an exclusive dermocosmetic treatment concept formulated with innovative and original “anti-aging guidelines”.
2006
Training
Creation of the School of Dermocosmetics, the scientific approach to the knowledge of our products and treatments (Professional anti-aging serums by nanotechnology with Oxygen Dermoinfusion).
2009
Experiencing professionalism
Company expansion to 5,000 sq.m. Transposition of new European Cosmetics Regulation No.1223/2009 implemented from July 11, 2013. Regulatory and legislative expertise: CPNP, barcode, Pif, cosmetology dossier and safety data sheets.

A 360-degree look
Research, Development, Training for contract products, even in small batches. Brand and graphic identification with our communication experts. Choosing the most appropriate packaging. Merchandising, counter and showcase expo, samples and single-dose sachets.
2017
New patent
Filed Patent for the Use of Magnetized Water in the Preparation of Cosmetic Products. Sterilized and osmotized water is subjected to a magnetic field that amplifies that of the earth, resulting in a process water that makes each ingredient in individual cosmetic, trichological, and cosmeceutical formulations more bioavailable and effective.

Vivipharma Academy
2018 marks a milestone for our company with the birth of Vivipharma Academy, an educational hub dedicated to professional growth and skill development in the cosmetics and trichology industry. This initiative stems from a desire to share the our know-how and experience, creating a dynamic environment where learning and innovation meet.

Sustainability
We introduced eco-friendly packaging designed to minimize environmental impact by using recyclable and biodegradable materials. In parallel, we have invested in the installation of solar panels, which enable us to power our production with clean, renewable energy.
